Delivery Policy

The Writing Palette is accessed online. Access will be provided to The Writing Palette within 24 working hours of receipt of cleared funds during business hours or the next business day if purchased on a weekend – you will be notified by email.

Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed, you have the right to a 14-day 'cooling-off' period. You will be refunded your purchase as long as a staff member or student hasn't accessed The Writing Palette.

Return Policy

​

No refund will be provided by Learning 2 Remember Limited after a staff member or student starts accessing a single, multi-user or site licence version of The Writing Palette.
